Three primary tracks

GAP

Three tracks, one framework: Growth is why, Agents is what, People is how. Every session lives in one track and answers at least one of that track's questions.

Growth

AI as a growth engine, not a cost line.

Most AI conversations start with efficiency. The Growth track starts with revenue. Sessions here are about turning AI into new products, new pricing and new deals: the AI-powered modules customers will pay for, the agents that make a sales team more productive, and the ways AI changes how we evaluate, acquire and integrate software businesses. It is also about the culture that makes this possible: building teams of builders, where people ship AI experiments instead of waiting for a roadmap.

Questions this track answers

  • How do we drive new revenue with AI: new products, new SKUs, new pricing models, and faster sales cycles?
  • How do we leverage AI in M&A: sourcing targets, diligence, integration and the 100-day plan?
  • How do we build a culture of innovation, where our people are builders with AI and not just buyers of it?

Who should attend

BU general managers, product leaders, heads of sales and revenue, M&A and portfolio teams.

Agents

Build your agentic workforce. Control your destiny.

Agents are the new workforce, and the companies that build their own will own their future rather than rent it. The Agents track is the practical core of raiaCON: which agents every business should be building first, how CSI businesses have actually built them for support, sales, operations and finance, and what it takes to get an agent from pilot to production. Expect architecture, integration, training and governance, told by the people who did it, with the numbers on margin and capacity.

Questions this track answers

  • How do we build our future agentic workforce and control our own destiny instead of depending on vendor roadmaps?
  • What agents should every business be building, and in what order?
  • How do we prepare to deploy agents: data, integrations, security, training, testing and launch?
  • How do agents increase margins: where is the capacity and cost really coming from?

Who should attend

CTOs, heads of support and operations, product managers, anyone who owns a raia deployment or is about to.

People

AI is the force. People are the force multiplier.

Technology does not transform a business; people do. The People track is about moving an organization from using AI to building and managing it. Sessions cover how to turn everyday employees into builders of automation with agents, how to design human-in-the-loop roles that keep quality and accountability high, how to run AI transformation and education programs that stick, and how to measure the combined output of humans plus AI rather than either on its own.

Questions this track answers

  • How do we move people from being users of AI to builders and managers of AI?
  • How do we empower people to build automation with agents, and become the human in the loop?
  • How do we lead AI transformation and education across a business unit?
  • How do we measure Human+AI: productivity, quality, adoption and the roles that change?

Who should attend

CEOs and BU leaders, HR and people leaders, operations managers, team leads running the day-to-day with agents.
